He takes the time to understand what his clients actually want, gives them straight answers, and isn’t afraid to have the tough conversations when they need to happen. Whether he’s negotiating a purchase, preparing a home for market, or working through an unexpected challenge, Josh is focused on protecting his clients’ interests and getting them the best possible outcome.
Before real estate, Josh worked as a chef, where he learned to work under pressure, pay attention to the details, and figure things out when plans change. He brings that same mindset to real estate and takes pride in building genuine relationships with the people he works with. Outside of real estate, Josh enjoys golfing, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and being on the lake with his wife and dog. He also stays involved in ultimate frisbee as both a player and coach.
